It was so sudden. He woke up with a flash, bright lights, soft sounds, a bed, he was alive?? But he'd died in the chamber...in engineering. Spock and he had exchanged that vulcan hand-thing whatever the hell it was. He'd died, he was dead. Was this heaven? Holy....
No. Bones was here nagging at him.
"Oh don't be so melodramatic, you were barely dead. You've been out cold for two weeks."
He was so...taken aback. What had happened? He just remembered being in the locked chamber watching Spock shed tears, glimmering tears of anguish as he slowly died of radiation poisoning... his heart lurched at the memory. He didn't know the vulcan was even capable...
And then Spock was in the room, approaching him. Suddenly... everything else was forgotten. Hell even Bones was gone in his mind, though he could hear the doctor put in a "You know Uhura and I had something to do with it too."
"....Thanks, Spock... for saving my life..."

[Why... why weren't you kissing him? Awww no more questions. More kissing, less talking gaaawd. He made a small whine but resigned to answering.]
Ah, being your spouse? We're going to get married? What's there to talk about it? We can plan it later just... [kiss him, please]

Date: 2013-06-27 08:13 pm (UTC)Ashaya... Vulcans do not have 'weddings'. We have bonding ceremonies.
Allow me to explain.
Bonding would require us to be mentally connected for the rest of our lives. There is no formal ceremony required as the intended pair can initiate the bonding themselves. The formal ceremony is for the family...among other things. [Spock felt it prudent not to explain Kal-if-fee... He didn't want to worry his T'hy'la with the possibility of someone calling for a fight to the death.]
We can bond... tonight if you wish. However, I wish to give you a human wedding because I have heard that it is very important...
Jim...
I can bond us tonight... or whenever you are ready.
[Spock stroked Jim's face lightly. He hoped that he wasn't overwhelming his T'hy'la...]

But I'm not telepathic. Would that even work with me?
[he was sure it wouldn't... oh how he'd hate to disappoint Spock. But...seriously what did mental bonding imply?]
Even if that were something I could do... what do you mean being mentally connected? Like... a mind meld?
[The rest he'll think about later if he wants that tonight or not.]

Date: 2013-06-27 08:24 pm (UTC)You would not be the first human to bond with a Vulcan. My mother was.
[A fond look passed over Spock's face...]
In bonding, our thoughts and emotions would be available to each other... no matter the distance.
You could be across the galaxy and I would know if you were in distress and how to find you. You may not experience my thoughts and emotions to the full extent of a Vulcan... but there is no question that you will have some ability.
However...
...if this is not to your liking... We can wait. Or... I will content myself with marriage.
I told you Jim... I would be with you no matter the capacity.
[Spock meant it. Now that he found his T'hy'la, he wasn't letting go, no matter what.]

Date: 2013-06-27 08:32 pm (UTC)And I told you I'd marry you on the spot. Communication is something you and I can't afford to mess up on. Bonding will make that easier... so it's logical like you said.
And what, do vulcans feel stronger emotions than humans? I guess that makes sense... when you went after Khan you were... I didn't think anyone could get that angry.

Date: 2013-06-27 08:35 pm (UTC)Third time...]
Jim.. this is the third time where you have demonstrated having knowledge that you should not have. Doctor McCoy and I made sure that no reports were being forwarded to you... Who told you of the events after your death?
[Spock had dropped his hands. He wasn't angry... he was just very curious...
...and surprisingly, slightly concerned.]

No one. You both did perfect, I didn't have access to any information... but I already knew.
I watched it, Spock. I... I heard you scream after I died, I watched Khan crash into headquarters, I... we were there when you chased him down. I didn't want to upset you... it's hard stuff to accept especially for someone like you who might not take too well to how illogical it is.

Jim... I would have your thoughts.

Date: 2013-06-28 03:37 am (UTC)[He leaned into the touch and once Spock initiated Jim could summon up he memory of dying so quickly... There was an unsettling change of color, light, the very fabric of spacetime. His entire life flashed before his eyes like an epic movie. Jim Kirk. The end. Then he could see below him as if he were floating overhead Spock and Scot.
Uhura running to Engineering... and bursting into tears, burying her face in Sotty's shoulder. Spock was heaving, then screaming Khan's name. It sent chills through Jim to hear that voice in such anguish.
Then there was a white light... at the end of a tunnel. Was that how this really worked? How... cliche. But he had no real choice but to go through it. It was almost as the tunnel was moving around him. Once he went through to the light there was a... no two... two men. It was blinding, light flared and as he adjusted, their faces became clearer...
He knew instantly, Christopher Pike... the other was a man Jim only knew in photographs. He paused, almost in denial as George Kirk Sr. was staring at him with a smile of mixed emotions. Joy to see his youngest son, sorrow for the circumstances.
"I... I guess it's all over..." he didn't know what to say, really.
Pike reached forward, patting his shoulder. "You did good, Son. I'm real proud of you"
"... I couldn't stop Marcus..."
"Don't worry about Marcus. He'll get what he's sowed for himself. What I'm proud of is you getting your head out of your ass. You took command of your team, you put the lives of your crew first. I said you had greatness in you... You just had to have the push to reach it"
"...yeah... guess it was worth it. I didn't save them all but I saved who I could..."
"It's a sacrifice they were all willing to make, son." George stepped forward, putting his hands on both Jim's shoulders as Pike stepped back. "That's a risk we all take when we join any military, Jim. We know that we might not come home again but our sacrifices are for the greater good."
"...Dad?"
"...There's so many things I want to tell you..." he looked full of emotion, every kind... and then he was hugging Jim and honestly it felt more real than even reality he remembered. George squeezed him tight and slowly Jim returned it, feeling cathartic tears well up.
"I'm so proud of you, Jim... I'm sorry I couldn't be around. You've got to know that I was always there. I've seen everything you did..."
"What, you were watching over me?"
"You and Sam and your mom, yes. I saw you grow up, I saw Sam run away-"
"You did? W-where is he now?"
"Deneva. He became a biologist. He's trying to live up to your expectations before he reaches out to you honestly. You should find him, he didn't change his name."
"I... can't? I'm dead."
"Don't worry son, it's not your time yet."
"But... I died. Dad I..." that word was so strange and he felt a single tear roll down his face. He looked into the man's eyes, trying to memorize every detail. As if somehow he could absorb a whole childhood in this moment.
"It's not time yet, Jim... we only have a little while before you go back."
"Back--how can I--"George shushed him and Jim was a little embarrassed at how easily he complied.
"It's all going to be fine. You're going back down there and you're not coming back here until you're a very old man. Come on... we need to go."
Pike looked over Jim's shoulder "You should go to her..." Pike seemed to disappear then, moving away or just... around. He saw a portal that seemed to work as a window. He could see the Enterprise, Vengeance, and the Earth. He could see his crew and Spock and the rest. And there was another presence. A woman. He couldn't at first see her or sense her in any way. Sensation was beneath this place. She simply was. He drifted over to the portal, casually wondering why he wasn't walking only to remember he didn't have a body anymore. Whoops.
His father was still around, almost cloaking around him in an ethereal hug.
"So... when you say you saw everything..."
"Yes, Jim... even Kodos."
Jim felt cold then, as if he wanted to scream or vomit if he had a body to vomit with. He felt as though he wanted to run away or hide or just disappear.
"Ngh-- you... you did?"
George's voice was soft, his presence warm. He held Jim firmly. "It was not your fault, Jim... it was not...your fault."
"But... but I let him--"
"He hurt you. He knew you'd think you allowed it but even if you struggled he would have forced it, Jim. You did the best you could do to get it over with as soon as possible. You were a very smart and very brave boy... and I love you."
He could feel himself weeping though he had no tears or eyes to shed them from. And yet he felt acceptance of what he was being told. Something about being dead eased the emotional barriers of denial and inhibition.
"I only wished I was there to stop it from happening, Jim. That could have been there to stop the suffering. But I'm so proud of you, Jim. You survived. You lost your way for a while but Chris helped you find it again... I'm glad you found another father figure. You deserve to have someone mentor you when I can't."
"..Dad I..."
"I have to let you know, Jim... Kodos is still alive..."
"......"
"He ran away that day"
"I know..."
"He's living as an actor now. Anton Karidian is his new name." an image of Anton appeared before Jim, on stage before an adoring audience... "He's skirted the law long enough... I'm sorry to break your peace of mind, Jim."
"no... thanks.. I... I needed to know..."
"I should tell you that this woman... she's...her son... he's going to help you through all that."
"her son?"
"Yeah... great choice by the way. You've got my complete blessing." George grinned. "He's a little rigid but I think you two are perfect for each other."
"Ah... what? Who do you..." he only loved one person and that man was taken. Spock didn't see him that way. And then even George seemed to take a step back. Jim arrived at the portal window. He watched as San Francisco was hit by Vengeance's crash. He ached inside as people scrambled so safety. He wanted to scream as building after building was struck down. Then he saw Spock, heard his wavering voice, rippling with anger.
To the side of him he heard a strained voice.
"...hello Jim..."

Date: 2013-06-28 03:58 am (UTC)But before Spock could rejoice in melding with his other half... the memories started to roll by...
...Christopher Pike... George Kirk... Spock felt as though he was prying when Jim was reunited with his fathers. The sheer sorrow and conflicted emotions coupled elation and happiness was almost too much for the Vulcan to comprehend.
Spock wrapped his mental conscious around Jim's very much like a security blanket, transmitting warmth and love to everything he could touch.
Spock was speechless... but then...
...Kodos?
Spock's mind seemed to still as he took in every piece of information that was being offered, but it wasn't enough... yet at the same time it was too much. Jim, his T'hy'la, was on Tarsus four? That fowl creature had dared to touch what was his?
...and he was still alive...
No decision had to be made... Spock would find and kill Kodos.
The blind fury would have continued but was quickly extinguished as he heard a voice... a very familiar voice that meant everything he associated with 'home'...
Jim had truly met his mother?]
This is an epic yarn
Date: 2013-06-28 09:34 am (UTC)[Perhaps mentally sticking it in his mind was the same to a vulcan as sticking it in you was to him as a human? Awesome and the first thing you look forward to? Fine by him... he appreciated the warmth, thanks... this memory was kind of hard to project just due to its emotional weight...]
"Ah... hi?"
The woman was dressed in vulcan fashions; amber silks and a headscarf with graying brunette hair peeking out of the front. Her eyes were fixed on Spock, her hands were clenched white with strain, and her eyes were too bright, shining as if she were about to cry. But tears were beyond them... maybe people just looked they way they felt they should... as they did when they were alive? She wasn't even hurting her hands holding them like that, he was sure... phh, what hands? They were just souls now, right?
"You have a point, Jim. But I do feel... in a way. It's not the same as being alive but... you already understand more about that than I can explain anyway." she spoke, eyes still following Spock's every move. Every twitch of his body was reflected in hers... Jim focused on her. Something was wriggling to the surface. He knew Spock's mother in only one capacity... and as soon as he dredged up the memory he regretted it but it was out of his control. As if the afterlife was a stage that fed off his thoughts, it plucked that one from him and brought it to life and it echoed in this place... A single sound, her grisly scream before she died blending seamlessly into Spock's own panicked cry. Both Jim and the woman shuddered at the shared memory.
Jim felt instantly apologetic, the woman was clearly not in the best of moods already but she was visibly stricken by that sound byte. She didn't speak for a long moment.
"... It's what he always thinks about when he remembers me now... no matter how much he wishes he could forget that sound, he never can. It stays with him."
"Your death?... I know. I can't forget it either."
She nodded, closing her eyes. "Neither can I... for different reasons... I remember him." the sound echoed again, but this time it was only Spock's voice. His agonized and horrified cry for his mother when he reached out his hand milliseconds too late.
Jim was rendered silent, unsure of what to say. The woman was grieving but he wasn't entirely sure he understood how to approach her through it.
"If I had known...I would have kept my damn mouth shut.” she chuckled sardonically
“If you had known you'd still be alive.”
“Good point, Jim... Have you heard of the Ultimate Concern?” he shook his head. He could guess what that was but she continued. “It's the idea you value the most, the one you would kill for, the one you would die for. Freedom, liberation from oppression, the advancement of interspecies relations...”
Jim considered her in wonder.
“...those were mine when I was alive. I suppose yours was your crew. And Spock...” she returned her gaze to the vulcan now running through San Francisco after Khan. “Spock realized his too late.”
“What do you mean?”
“In my experience, Jim... and you can watch this unfold. When vulcans undergo a vengeful rage such as this, it's a deeply emotional thing and nigh impossible to snap them out of it unless it's by whatever brought them into it. Example... a man in a rage over his family being kidnapped would calm down only when his family was safely returned.”
“Okay...”
In medical bay Jim watched as his own body was unzipped in its bag. He sighed, feeling strained. This was uncomfortable. The whole medical crew, Carol, and Scotty were circled around him. The woman gave him a gentle pat on the arm. Bones' eyes welled up... and he walked away. Jim's heart pulled at that, knowing that was more than significant for him than any heart wrenching wail he could have produced. He watched as the man who was ready for any medical horror with a hypospray and a grumpy attitude headed over to a monitor, unable to face his captain's body.
“And Spock will calm down when...”
“When Khan is dead and you are avenged. Or when you wake up...”
“Me?”
Bones started yelling. Jim looked over him, seeing the tribble breathing. Bones was calling for something... Khan's blood. Oh right, the super serum... wait...
“Is that how I'm supposed to come back?”
“That's up to Spock... I just hope he has the good sense to stop his assault... He's in a dark place right now, Jim... I never wanted it to come to this. It's why I feel guilty.”
“You feel guilty for Spock being angry about a homicidal superhuman destroying thousands of lives?”
“... you put it like that and the truth sounds so dismal.”
“...shoot.”
“I don't want my son... to lose one more damn thing, Jim.”she grit her teeth, watching the carnage unfold between Spock and Khan. Jim had never seen him move that fast and with such disregard for rules! Did he just run across an intersection into oncoming traffic? Was he climbing onto a privately owned commercial ship now? Oh.... wow Spock. He was hunting him so passionately... was this truly Spock's fury manifested? Look at them brawl! He'd never seen such energy...
“I've known it since I came here but Spock only realized it when you passed...”
“...What?”
“You're the one.”
Jim chuckled then. “Please... he doesn't see me as anything but a friend.”
“So he thought, yes. You'll have to forgive him, despite my best attempts he has remained as oblivious to his own feelings as his father.”
“What, I died and everything just turned around?” she nodded, watching as Spock nerve pinched Khan. Jim was morbidly surprised when that didn't outright kill the man. And then the tables turned...
“No... Spock only answers to Uhura... wait... No... no no, come on Spock.” his heart fell into his gut, Khan was doing the same thing to Spock he did to murder Admiral Marcus, hands pushing on his skull to crush it. They wrestled a bit and Spock landed on his back, Khan overpowering him. Jim writhed in his position, watching.
“No. Spock... get up. Come on I know you can get up...” he watched wide eyed and horrified as this might be the end. Was it possible that even Spock would fall to this bastard? There was a shared moment of silent trepidation between Jim and this woman... and then Uhura beamed down to distract Khan. Both sighed in relief, Jim huffed more in irritation. Of course Nyota would save him... but thankfully she had. He couldn't have stood to watch Spock die. It would have been worse than dying himself and that had been the most terrifying event in his life.
“It's... it's good she's there for him.” he conceded. Something he never did.
“Yes. It is...but it's over for her.”
“What? She's his girl.”
“Jim... Uhura doesn't have any more power over Spock's heart. The moment you died it was all over... if you don't believe me... watch.” he sighed but observed as Uhura screamed uselessly as Spock attempted to beat Khan's brains in with a piece off the shuttle.
“He's really... focused.”
“It's how vulcans are when they seek vengeance.”
“Isn't that supposed to be beneath them?”
“Supposed to be. And look at that... he stopped.”
“Yeah, she told him to.”
“She invoked your name.”
“Ah.. okay?” he watched as the woman took a deep breath, clearly relieved. Jim would be revived soon. “Well now that that's settled... I have a lot to tell you and not a lot of time, Jim.”
“Ah...”
“First off...” she beamed “I'm so glad it's you, my human son.”
“Human son?”
“Of course, you're Spock's so you're mine too now. Sarek as well. I'd send you with a kind word for my husband but I have to advise you never to speak of this to him.”
“Why?”
“Sarek would never believe you and he'd in turn find your story very offensive.”
“I see...”
“He'd also take serious offense to Spock not seeking him out before bonding with you so do remind him of that. He only has one parent left, he'd best not squander that relationship over simple eagerness that really can wait a day or so.”
“....I'll make sure he hears that I guess...” what is this woman talking about? They started moving together, away from the screen.
“Don't worry about Pon Farr, you won't hurt each other as long as you listen to this piece of hard learned advice. Spock is going to be a ball of chaos and he'll feed off of whatever emotion you give him so you have to remain calm. Almost... try to pretend you're vulcan for a while. Stay placid and be firm and speak with authority. He'll back off. He won't like it but he'll do it and that's the best you can expect. And do be nice to him afterward. It's hell on his body...just the sheer amount of hormones in his blood eat at his muscles.”
“I have no idea what that is...”
“You will.”
“When you start getting into the comfortable phase together... you'll learn which buttons you shouldn't push with each other. I promise a lot of arguments can be saved by just avoiding those... be patient with him. He's learning emotions and he still finds them to be a sort of irritant. Remember if he sins against you it will only every be out of ignorance. He's not capable of malice towards you.”
“Right...”
“Learn to pick your battles and learn to concede. I once had a three week argument with my husband I had to surrender in just to regain peace in my household.”
“...”
“One request from me... can you do a poor soul a favor?”
“...Sure.”
“Take care of my ultimate concern, would you?”
“Ah... freedom, liberation, and... interspecies relations?”
“Liberation from oppression and the advancement of interspecies relations.”
“I'll get right on that...”
“It's Spock.”
Jim gave a quizzical air, confused.
“He doesn't realize it about himself but he's so much more than what he thinks. But he needs someone to challenge him. Spock is a person who needs... pushing. If he'd had the world his way he'd be married to that awful T'Pring and be a scientist and as vulcan as his father is. Not because that's what he wants, because that's what was wanted of him. When he left the VSA I thought he finally started asking himself 'what do I want out of life?' and I was so glad to see him evolve. I was so... so hopeful. And Nyota tried to ask that question of him too but Spock went right back to doing what was expected of him. He never challenged his mold. He assumed the outcast paradigm without even asking himself if that was true. He's so much more than what he allows himself to be. I regret... that I wasn't a strong enough force to encourage him to define himself rather than settle for what society hands him. I... can't even understand what it's like to be my son, Jim. To Spock the world is a very lonely place... After the rejection he's been scarred by he'd rather assume whatever role society gives him and exist peacefully. If I were in his place I would have people I could turn to. My own kind...”
“But Spock is one of a kind.”
“Yes... and he has no one who understands. Not even Sarek or myself.”
“He doesn't listen to you two?”
“He doesn't know what side to pick... What he doesn't understand is there isn't a decision to be made. He is but isn't human just as he is and isn't vulcan. To be one isn't to deny the other. He's supposed to be something that's neither one and yet something both can still recognize. And that final potential is something new entirely. Someone the galaxy hasn't seen yet. The world is so often cruel to new things... but I believe that Spock has the ability to play a major role in shaping our world. How we look at each other and ourselves... it won't be easy but he may be the key to a better future.”
“You couldn't just tell him that?”
“I... didn't know how. I didn't want to put any more pressure on him. I know he'd do anything in his power to accomplish what he thought made me happy. He'd have spent his life aiming at appeasing me, never really getting the point on this one. He was so busy fighting an internal war with himself. Human or Vulcan? It was so silly... but to intervene would be for me to pick sides for him. He has to own himself...”
“So you need me to...”
“Spock needs you. He needs a catalyst. And you need a keeper. He'll be your rock.”
“Are you going to give me the 'you hurt him I'll kill you' lecture?”
“You believe me now?”
“No. But let's just... pretend. If I did. Aren't you supposed to be holding something over my head?”
She shrugged her shoulders, huffing. “I suppose I could dabble in the human tradition of threatening but I never understood it. If you won't treat my son properly on your own volition then my threats certainly aren't going to change your mind but you can keep in your thoughts that I see everything. I may not give everything my attention but I see it all... and you will have to come back here someday when it is your time... and I'll remember how you were to my son. “
Jim just smiled
“Something tells me you're the scariest lady I've ever met.”
Amanda just smiled charmingly “made worse only by the fact that I now have very little to lose and plenty of time to nurse a grudge.”
He looked at her in appreciative awe. “I think you and I would have been best friends...”
“...I agree.”
“...It's time for you to go now, Jim...” she smiled softly “I'm glad I got to meet you...”
“Me too...” he could hear sounds, voices... Bones and the nurses. Scotty and Carol... and suddenly he felt like he needed to sleep...
OMG! /faints
Date: 2013-06-28 02:07 pm (UTC)He was speechless... His mother had wanted to tell him all of these things? That's what she truly thought about him?
Spock was overwhelmed... but then, part of him knew that that is what his mother wanted for him. And he shouldn't have been surprised at how well she got on with Jim...
...and she very obviously gave her blessing. Fascinating.
In the physical world the Vulcan's body shuddered as he prevented himself from crying. He already did that a few days ago, it would not do to have such an emotional lapse.
Instead, Spock hugged Jim tighter to him... trying to convey his thankfulness for giving him this opportunity to see his mother... but at the same time he tried to comfort Jim for all that he had experienced.]
Ashaya...
[Spock whispered the word through Jim's conscious like a prayer... a promise.
He let the silence and the warmth settle over them for a moment before breaking the meld....
Blinking into awareness and staring into his T'hy'la's eyes... Spock leaned forward and gently kissed those perfect lips.]
Is it sad if I say after sleeping and re-reading that I could have added some things?
Date: 2013-06-28 07:27 pm (UTC)[Jim sank into that kiss, retuning it fondly... but it didn't last long. He pulled away so he wouldn't slump right into Spock's face. He was weary on his feet... almost swaying. Looks like the meld took a lot out of him.]
I think I... need to lay down.

Spock hesitated... Technically they have never actually 'slept' together... and he didn't have time to ask Jim if this was okay...
....Spock shook himself of those thoughts, of course it was okay. Decision made, the Vulcan took off his own shoes and clothes, and quickly joined Jim under the covers. Not sure where to put his hands... Spock contented himself by lying next to Jim.]

Jim would argue that since they'd already done a different kind of sleeping together today that actual slumber wasn't that big a deal. He would... but he couldn't. So Jim would spend the night peacefully asleep... only somewhere in the night he would shift... find Spock... and curl up with him. Nice and warm~

Date: 2013-06-28 08:01 pm (UTC)This was...
...quite agreeable. Something that Spock could definitely get used to. The Vulcan felt like he could protect Jim like this... So he wrapped his arms tighter around his T'hy'la, closed his eyes, and fell into a deep meditation.
That was something that was sorely needed. The Vulcan had to sift through all the emotions that he was exposed to today, which was a fair bit. And then there was Jim.
Love... it was a living, pulsating thing that was growing in his mind, recognizing that Jim was his and just waiting to be fully joined. He would never admit it, but right now... he was happy.
Granted, he was confused.... there was the issue of Jim having an 'after death experience'... seeing his fathers and Amanda. Then there was Tarsus... Hatred for Kodos swept through Spock.. very similar to what he felt after Jim had died..
...Spock would make sure that Kodos was dead... by his own hands.
The Vulcan buried his face in Jim's hair, breathing in the scent of the man he loved... it cooled his heated mind and eventually lulled him to sleep.]

Date: 2013-06-28 08:12 pm (UTC)[Jim could get used to it too, but next time. Right now he was in dreams, oblivious to Spock's mental prose. He'd answer any questions the vulcan had in the morning if he liked... he had some of his own anyway. But when morning came... Spock would find himself alone in the bed. Jim had woken up early, too hot from being under the covers with Spock curled around him. Nice position though... wait, how had they gotten there? He didn't remember going to bed...
Anyway. He was up, dressed, and being a thorough goof in the living area. He was looking something up in the replicator files while singing to himself.]
You're beautiful... and you're mind is fucking beautiful... and I can't pretend that that doesn't mean a thing to me to meee...

Date: 2013-06-28 08:19 pm (UTC)Fascinating... Jim had managed to get out of bed without the Vulcan knowing. Getting out of bed, Spock put on his robe... and complete with bed head, made his way out into the kitchen.
Quietly, he observed his T'hy'la singing a rather... interesting song. Jim had a very pleasing voice...
...he wondered how after over a year of service together, that he never heard his Captain singing.
No matter....
Spock walked forward and made himself known.]
Good morning Jim.
[Beware the bedheaded Vulcan.]

Date: 2013-06-28 08:26 pm (UTC)[He only sang when he was drunk or very happy. And usually when he was alone but that was super lonely so not even then really. Bones shut him down most of the time, and when he was really drunk Spock wasn't around... and Uhura always gave him a competitive glare when he would start on the bridge.
He looked to his mate, smiling... and a bit embarrassed.]
Hey! Ah... did I wake you?
[That bedhead... phh he liked it. Seeing Spock even slightly disheveled was kind of a turn on. It was almost a demonstration of intimacy since Spock was strictly pristine before anyone else.]

Date: 2013-06-28 08:34 pm (UTC)You did, however I must admit, that was a very agreeable way to wake up... you have a pleasing voice Ashaya. You must sing more often.
[Spock stepped up to Jim... holding his hand forward for a 'kiss'.]
